If you don't love your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, we will do our best to make sure you are happy with our resolution.
Any refunds will be credited back to the original payment method, typically within 3 - 5 business days

Personalized Products - Return Policy
We do not accept returns for orders with specific personalizations such as names, dates, etc.
However, we can offer you store credits or discounts of no higher than 50% Off.
Customer Error Policy
Items can not be returned due to customer error, so please be sure to make sure all customizations are 100% correct before submitting your order. However, we will do whatever we can to best serve you.
Order Arrival Conditions
If an order arrives in good condition and on-time but you as the customer desire to return the product for any reason, please reach out to support@grandparentsacademy.com with the order number. We charge a flat rate $9.95 handling and delivery fee for each returned unit.
If any item arrives broken or damaged, please send a picture to support@grandparentsacademy.com with the order number so that we can replace the item at our cost.
Cancellation Policy
We take pride in fast processing, shipping and delivery. We only have a 24 hour cancellation window. Any cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours of the order cannot be approved.
Also, please note that payment gateways, such as PayPal, Stripe, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay, impose non-refundable transaction fees ranging from 3.5% to 4.7% for each payment processed through their platforms. Consequently, any refund requests will incur corresponding payment gateway fees. The deduction applied will vary based on the platform you used.
For instance, PayPal charges a 4.5% transaction fee. If your order value, which you wish to cancel, is $100, the refund amount will be $95.50.
Additionally, for transactions totaling less than $99, there will be a flat deduction of $9.95 per unit to cover payment processor transaction fees
Holiday Season Policy
The holiday season is super busy. We try our best to let you know your gifts will arrive on time, but due to high volume and unexpected circumstances beyond our control there might be a slight delay in delivery of your order.
Understandably, no refunds can be issued for orders delayed due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstance that may affect GrandparentsAcademy.com or any of our carriers. Thank you for understanding.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
